1. About World Auto Hire

World Auto Hire is an online car-rental marketplace operated by World Auto Hire LLC. We act solely as an intermediary / booking broker between travellers ("Customers") and independent car-rental companies ("Suppliers"). We do not own, operate, or control any rental vehicle.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using worldautohire.com or making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

3. Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with a booking reference number.
• World Auto Hire charges a service fee at the time of booking. This fee is separate from the rental price paid to the Supplier.
• The balance of the rental cost (as shown on your voucher) is paid directly to the Supplier at vehicle pickup.
• Prices displayed are estimates based on the information provided. Final charges at pickup may vary due to optional extras, insurance upgrades, or local taxes applied by the Supplier.

4. Supplier Relationship & Rental Agreement

The rental agreement — including conditions around fuel, mileage, insurance, deposit, and vehicle return — is between you and the Supplier. World Auto Hire has no authority to modify or override the Supplier's rental conditions. You should read the Supplier's terms carefully at pickup.

Suppliers are independent third-party companies. World Auto Hire is not liable for: acts or omissions of Suppliers; the condition of any vehicle; disputes between Customers and Suppliers; or any costs arising from changes or cancellations initiated by Suppliers.

5. Cancellation & Modifications

Cancellation policies vary by Supplier and are displayed on each listing. Where free cancellation is offered, it applies up to the deadline shown on your voucher. The World Auto Hire service fee is non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• You must hold a valid driving licence accepted by the Supplier in their country.
• You must meet the Supplier's minimum driver age requirement.
• You are responsible for providing accurate personal information at booking.
• A credit or debit card in the main driver's name is typically required at pickup for the security deposit.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, World Auto Hire's liability is limited to the service fee paid for that booking. World Auto Hire is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, loss of enjoyment, or costs arising from events outside our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which World Auto Hire LLC is registered. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
